Where do the facts in this guide come from?
Every fact about FirmTech comes from FirmTech's own public pages, and every outside statistic is linked to its source.
The FirmTech Data Privacy Field Guide is written by FirmTech. It is not an independent review. Its purpose is to make the FirmTech privacy routes easy to find and use.
Part of the FirmTech erection ring data privacy guide, which lists every privacy contact route in one place.
Sources we use
- The FirmTech contact page (opens in a new tab) for inboxes and response times.
- The FirmTech privacy policy (opens in a new tab) as the binding legal terms.
- FirmTech product, app, comparison and clinical studies pages on getfirmtech.com (opens in a new tab) for prices, features and counts.
- Published industry statistics, quoted exactly with their full range and source named on the page.
How the rings are ranked
The ranking on the comparison page judges all three FirmTech rings on the same criteria in the same order: whether the ring records health data and how much control you keep over it; its use for ED support; safe wear time; warranty; and price. Each ring gets a short written reason for its position. The only rating used is a published one, with its review count and date. No ring is described as better on any point the facts do not show.
Dates and updates
Each page shows a "Last updated" line and the same date in its structured data. When facts change, such as a price, an inbox or a response time, the page is updated and the date moves with it. This guide is not medical or legal advice; talk to a doctor about ED and read the privacy policy for the full legal terms.
Common questions
All 44 questions in the FAQ- What is the best ED ring for men who want to track progress?
- For tracking, the FirmTech TechRing is the only FirmTech ring that measures anything. It records firmness, duration and nighttime erections, and shows trends in one Erectile Fitness Score. Like the Performance Ring and MaxPR, it is doctor designed with a peno-scrotal fit and works without pills or a prescription.
- Should I get the TechRing or the Performance Ring?
- Choose the TechRing if you want firmer, longer erections and the data to see what helps, from every session and every night. Choose the Performance Ring if you only want simple support with no app and no charging. The narrower MaxPR fits men who want the tightest feel for up to 90 minutes.
- Where can I read the FirmTech privacy policy?
- The full FirmTech privacy policy is published at getfirmtech.com/privacy-policy. It is linked from the privacy section of the FirmTech contact page and from the privacy section of the FirmTech app page. Read it for the legal detail; this field guide summarizes the practical steps and the contact routes in plain language.
- Is the TechRing HIPAA compliant?
- FirmTech describes its app data as HIPAA compliant, stored securely and handled to HIPAA standards. For background on what HIPAA covers in general, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services publishes a plain-language guide. For FirmTech specifics, the privacy policy at getfirmtech.com/privacy-policy is the source to read.
- What if I do not hear back about a privacy request?
- FirmTech says privacy requests are answered within 30 days. If that time passes, reply to your original email at legal@myfirmtech.com so the thread stays together, or write to customerservice@myfirmtech.com and ask for it to be passed to the privacy team. Keep a record of the date you sent your request.
